Michele Di Donato
Michele Di Donato was born in Puglia in 1968 and lives in Sicily about twenty years ago. After studying business economics he worked as a trainer in NLP and Transactional Analysis, and as a consultant for marketing and communication. He dedicated himself to photography from an early age, at the beginning by myself and then studying it and studying it in several courses and master classes. He performs regularly in workshops, in different learning contexts, on visual perception, on the composition of the photograph and on the reading of the images. Reader portfolio in several exhibitions of photography, from 2018 onwards, becomes part of the project, ISP Italian Street Photography, for which she experience the training of Street Photography and the quality of the mentor. Always in 2018 was selected from the archive of S. A. C. S. the Regional Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art – Museo Riso in Palermo and in the same year, he joined the Collective NEUMA, together with other sicilian artists. Michael the photographer for the need, and his visceral way of writing with images has allowed to receive accolades at national and international level, including the Moscow International Photo Award 2015 and 2016 in RUSSIA, the 16th edition of China International Photographic Art Exhibition, the International Salon of Fine Art Photography 2016 in INDIA, the 6th China International Digital Photography Art Exhibition in 2017 in CHINA, the Tokyo International Photo Award 2017 in JAPAN and the SONY WORLD PHOTOGRAPHY AWARD 2017 in which he obtained the honor of “Commended as Top 50 in the World” in the category of Open Architecture. His images have been published in magazines such as Reflex, Foto CULT, Click Magazine, Die Angst Munich, L'oeil de la Photographie, Paris, F-STOP Magazine, are part of many private and public collections and have been exhibited in numerous personal exhibitions all over the world. He is currently represented by the following art galleries: Singulart (Paris), Saatchi Art (New York), Blank Wall Gallery (Athens), NewBloodArt (London).
